Does It Work Wednesday

Maybe you've seen Millie on a Does It Work promotion in the last week, but she will not be featured in the segment Wednesday night at 10 p.m. Kim Setty tells me the actual segment is going to include a cat lover and how she is fighting serious cat hair on her furniture. Someone sent us an email asking if Millie gets any royalties for her appearance in the promotion, but sadly, she doesn't. Her hard work just earns her a little fame around the area (even more so than me, which makes me laugh)

There is a website where you can now create Obamicons and turn a picture into a cartoon. Millie has been Obamanized, so I thought I would post the picture.

Another storm system is coming in for the 2nd part of the week. Look for more rain and thunderstorms. It looks like western Kansas is going to get the brunt of the moisture through Friday, which should bring some smiles to farmers faces. However, I know some are getting ready to plant corn, so this next round of rain is going to set them back a few more days. Next week, there should be a big change in the overall weather pattern, which will mean a warmer and drier stretch of weather ahead for Kansas.
