A Good Looking Week

Our weather changes for the warmer this week across Kansas. We finally see an area of high pressure in the atmosphere that will last for more than a day or two. Dry weather is expected all the way into the weekend and it is going to get very warm too. Highs in the 80s should be expected by Wednesday and will continue into the weekend.

We had some crazy weather Saturday afternoon in western Kansas. Here is a picture of one of the tornadoes that touched down near Kalvesta in eastern Finney county. Fortunately, the damage was minor and the tornadoes didn't stay on the ground for too long.

Millie and I will be taking part in a Goodwill Fashion show Wednesday. We haven't done anything like this before, but I'm sure when Phil and Jan from 104.5 The FOX get involved, it's going to be quite comical. If any pictures surface after the event, I will post them right here. Our event is at the All American Indian Center in downtown Wichita. Should be fun.
